What happens when you die?
Dying is something that unites us all, whatever our circumstances. And when we die, many people believe we go to a better life, or perhaps to eternal hell. Others believe there is nothing; we simply disappear.
Well, things aren’t like that, at least not for everyone. We do go to a place where we await our destiny. But while we wait, someone may come looking for us. Who? The recruiter.
The recruiter.
The recruiter is an angel, or a demon, who dedicates themselves to recruiting the souls they believe are best suited for their mission: if you are an angel, you fight against evil on Earth, not only from demons, but also from human evil.
If the recruiter is a demon, they will seek the souls most suited to do evil: tempting people, causing destruction and chaos, and leading humanity to the end of civilization.
These recruited souls will work for you. They will be given a body, an avatar, which can take many forms. And don’t be fooled by that: an avatar can have a demonic appearance but serve good, and conversely, it can have a pleasant appearance and be a monstrous and lascivious being.
Life after death.
These souls lived, they were carpenters, soldiers, farmers, etc, and that gives some elements to their souls. And in death they inherit many of their characteristics, among others: hatred, violence, kindness, brotherhood, commitment, vileness, etc. You will choose those souls that best suit your interests and pay them a salary to serve you.
You are the recruiter. And your mission is to send humanity to a future of peace and love, or of death and destruction. It’s in your hands.
So, as you can see, things aren’t so simple after death. And remember: you won’t just have to improve, or worsen, human life; you’ll also have to fight against the angels and demons of the other recruiter.

This website officially launches today with minimal content, as the development of Heaven and Fire is still in its earliest stages—what is known as a pre-alpha.
On the blog, I’ll be posting updates on the game’s progress and sharing the first images, where I’ll report on the details as they unfold. Currently, there’s nothing to show, because the basic elements of a strategy game require a great deal of work before the game itself begins development. It’s, let’s say, similar to laying the foundation of a building.
But the development process is going well, without the help of AI, because while I understand that AI is a great help, I’ve chosen not to use it. I understand that some people might criticize me and think I could speed up the game’s development by using AI. But I feel more comfortable without it. I only use it for a very few queries, some minor aspects here and there. And, in any case, I end up making so many changes that little remains of the original code.
In any case, thank you very much for visiting, and remember that the game’s FAQ is updated as development progresses.
